Hi friend! I'm Amanda. With a BFA from Wingate University (2013) and over a decade of experience teaching secondary visual art, I've developed my skills and nurtured the talents of many young artists. I'm currently pursuing an MFA in Illustration from the Savannah College of Art and Design to further enhance my abilities.

Living in beautiful North Carolina, I find endless inspiration in the natural world. My illustrations often reflect my passions for neurodiversity, women's rights, herpetology, and mental health. As a book lover, I dream of working in the publishing industry after completing my MFA, using my art to promote inclusivity, empowerment, and mental well-being.

When I'm not creating, I cherish time with my family. I'm married and the proud mom of two energetic young sons who constantly inspire my creativity. Our home is filled with the joy of various pets, especially our Sphynx cat Beans, who often finds his way into my artwork.
